We check what your house is eligible for under Solar Victoria, and for STCs and VEECs, deduct it off the quote so the figure you approve is the figure you pay, and lodge the paperwork ourselves. If you supply the equipment, we can be the crew behind it, at a fixed rate per system with the documentation trail your brand or your program requires.
What we do not do
Worth saying plainly
We do not take on general plumbing. No leaking taps, no blocked drains, no bathroom renovations, no roof plumbing. Hot water systems and the work directly related to them is the entire scope of this business, and it is deliberate.
We are also not the cheapest quote you will receive, and we do not try to be. What a fixed price from us buys is that the number does not move, the paperwork is right, and there is somebody to call in three years.
If you need a general plumber, we would rather tell you that in the first thirty seconds of the phone call than take the job and do it half as well as somebody who does it every day.
