Before you get in touch
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes for standard residential installation and replacement work are free. Where a job needs a site inspection because of complex access, a commercial site or an unusual product question, that is charged as a site visit fee and typically credited back if you proceed with the installation. We tell you which applies before we come out.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to enquiries during business hours. If your system has failed and you have no hot water, call rather than email.
Do you need to visit before quoting?
For most homes, no. Photos of the existing unit, the space around it and your switchboard usually give us everything we need. Complex access, multi-storey properties and commercial sites are the exceptions.
What areas do you cover?
Our core service area is roughly 30km from Laverton North, covering Hobsons Bay, Wyndham, Maribyrnong and neighbouring municipalities. For partners and programs we travel across metropolitan Melbourne, with travel charges where they apply, always discussed first.
