Solar Victoria Hot Water Rebate
Rebate value: $1000
Eligibility Requirements:
- Is your combined household income under $210,000/year?
- Is your property worth less than $3million?
- Is the hot water system that you are replacing over 3 years old?
- Have you had a battery rebate in the past? Ineligible if answered yes.
Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs)
Rebate Value: up to $500 (Dependent on tank efficiency)
Eligibility Requirements:
- Existing Gas or Electric service; connected to a gas or electric supply before it is decommissioned
- Must have existing tank on site and still installed
- Electric or gas boosted solar systems must be non-functional and over 5 years old.
Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs)
Rebate value: Up to $900 (Dependent on tank efficiency)
Eligibility Requirements:
- All installs are eligible; this includes new homes and rental properties
